Don't let the location or the fact it's not a major brand discourage you. The room was spacious and clean. Laminate instead of carpet, fridge and microwave in order, and friendly, unobtrusive staff. No up front incidentals (that many hotels at this break insist on being paid by credit/debit meaning you could wait a week to have your money. Always tell them you'll be paying the deposit in cash, and want a receipt .
The outside and area might not look appealing but the hotel is great. The owners are friendly and don’t bother anyone. Clean bedding, towels and rooms. I sleep great when I visit town. Thanks
The rooms could have done with new pillows as they we older (you could tell be look and feel.) They were pretty easy to work with. Location wise it could use a little bit more indication of where it is. Other that that pretty good room reasonable for the price you pay.

My stay was wonderful. Room service change my sheets and provided fresh towels and soap everyday. No noise disturbance, pet friendly and very helpful staff. I appreciate the quality provided at such a reasonable price. Rm 215 at Nites Inn saved my life
It was nice staying here but didn't appreciate them trying to question my service animal and asking what he does for me, other than that, I would stay there again because of the location.
